Home staging – The planning process
The planning process for staging properties starts days and weeks prior to the actual staging day/s. When considering the correct furniture, props and colour schemes for our clients properties we take into consideration many points. For example the size of the property, dimensions of the rooms, the natural plus and minus points, value of the property and how we can make sure it stands out amongst the competition online. Here are some examples of a property we recently staged in South Yorkshire using grey, white and yellow to guarantee ‘eye-catching’ images which will get potential buyers booking a viewing.
