Why invest in home-staging?

Good question.

The concept of home-staging is to present your property in a way that makes it appeal to more people, therefore selling quicker and for more money.  Marketing an unfurnished property is risky as it is more likely to sit for longer with less interest and may attract lower offers.  And no need to mention the monthly outgoing costs you will still have to cover such as council tax, insurance e.t.c.  Potential buyers need assistance with how to use the space (whether its small or large/open-plan) and empty houses can be difficult for people to imagine themselves living there.  If people can’t picture themselves living in the property they won’t buy it!  If you have a property sat on the market with no offers being received get in contact and we would be happy to discuss home-staging options with you.
